

WASHED
This is the most commonly used method because of its consistency in results. It uses water to control fermentation and 'wash' the fruit mucilage off the coffee beans resulting in bright and clean flavors. Followed with slow, even and consistent drying the end result is a wonderful cup of coffee that is enjoyed by most coffee connoisseurs.

HONEY
Probably the simplest of all processes, the coffee bean is fermented in its own fruit during the drying process, requiring no water. The fruit is removed just before roasting. This process results in a fruity, fully flavored, bold taste with plenty of body. Often added to a blend for espresso; our naturals can stand on their own as a great cup of coffee

NATURAL
Everybody's favorite, this process is a complicated compromise between washed and natural process. After pulping the cherries, the mucilage is preserved throughout the drying process, creating a golden hue from which this process gets its name. The distinct sweet honeylike flavor comes exclusively from this unique process complimented by every brewing method.
