MX Coffee works with a variety of producers including individual farmers and producer groups to provide the highest quality arabica coffee.

XIENG KOUANG
In 2012 we began purchasing coffee in one district of Xieng Khouang, Laos. Since then we have planted, trained and purchased coffee in six districts of Xieng Khouang.

PROCESSES
Fermentation is is critical step in the production of coffee. We use a variety of methods to accomplish this and work hard to find the best methods to meet the needs of both producers and consumers. Beginning with a very good washed coffee, we have expanded our offerings to both naturals and honeys. In 2020 we began experimenting with new fermentation methods, some of which are showing promising results.
